Sorry it's so late, but if you have time, can you please answer these questions briefly?
1. What kind of reports does the system analyst have to produce as part of the design and why?
Here are some questions where I think I have the answer, but I don't understand the question:
1. What are two checks that the credit card computer will make on the customer's credit card when customers buy things with their credit card? I think the answer is a) check that the credit card is not registered as stolen, and b) check that it has not expired, but we didn't really talk about these, so I'm not sure its the answer they are looking for.
2. Two items of information that are stored on the magnetic stripe on credit cards? Is it bank account balance, and expiry date? They seem logical, but they aren't very related to IT, are they? Is that an OK answer?
